All above machines are backed by a well equipped modern Tool-Room with well qualified and experienced technical team to design, develop, manufacture and maintain Dies, Moulds, Tools, Jigs, Fixtures and Patterns. We get our tools made on Milling Machines fitted with DRO’s, Shaping Machine, Tool Cutter & Grinders, Horizontal Surface Grinder, Radial Drills, Lathes, Pentograph Engraving Machine, EDM Spark Erosion Machines. Together with these, we have number of Polishing, Deburring, Grinding, Fettling, and Inspection Equipments.

Tool design & manufacturing capabilities of the group are a key to its ability to provide full system solutions. Tool manufacturing is done on state-of-the-art CNC and VMC machines.
